Keith shows us how to make a crazy delicious, quick and simple dessert. Perfect for summer, and scoring points. Raspberry Chocolate Mousse for the win! Level of difficulty: low. Level of delish: high. Bam!

Ingredients:

Heavy whipping cream

Sugar

Unsweetened Cocoa powder

Fresh raspberries

Vanilla (optional)

How to:

Using an electric mixer, whip cream. Add sugar to taste before it thickens. Add a scant amount of vanilla at this point, if you are using it.

After whipped cream reaches desired consistency,  divide into two bowls. In first bowl, sift cocoa powder into cream to taste, and blend. In second bowl, blend in fresh raspberries-- reserving a few for garnish. Layer the two mixtures in a jar or a wine glass, chill for a bit, and serve!
