Bauer Rogue Fly Reel series. Bauer has over a decade of leadership and innovation in large arbor fly reel design. The all new series features a Carbon Fiber Composite disc drag system and V-Arbor design. The patented, seamless engagement drag is sealed, however is serviceable if required. The Rogue uses four sealed precision stainless steel ball bearings, with no plastic parts or bushings.

The distinctive V-Arbor design maintains a larger effective diameter for the portion of the fly line and backing that is actually used when fishing. The balance of the backing is stored in the V bottom of the arbor, always available when needed.

From AFS:This US made Bauer fly reel is in wonderful shape with very light signs of use overall. Drag is in perfect working order. The Bauer design is silent retrieval with soft outgoing click. We always found over our time selling Bauer that this outgoing click would vary slightly. On this particular reel the click is barely audible. I believe you could send it to Bauer for an overhaul and request the click be increased if you chose. Reel comes as shown, no Neoprene case. Reel is set for LH wind.
