Buffera Ltd was founded in 1998 by Julian Peppit to market and distribute the original multifunctional item of headwear called Buff® .
After bumping into Buff® and the European Sales Manager on a mountain in Europe, Julian initially helped set up the European marketing and distribution network for Buff® and when the opportunity arose for distribution in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, he recognised the potential for the product and Buffera Ltd came into being.
